Gatto della Veritá (aka disco kitty) is a large, cat mosaic piece! It’s sculpted out of dense foam and covered with he finest, recycled broken mirror mosaics. This piece is about ritual and superstition. Participants are greeted by a purr/meow/hiss and are asked to follow instructions. When participants reach in the cats mouth, they receive a prize and some purrrrrrrfect words of wisdom.

Artist Sarah Brice is an artist and graphic designer form Portland. For Gatto della Veritá, she worked with a talented team. Sarah made the initial plans and sculpted the form and was also responsible for mosaic work. Gordon Brice was responsible for welding the frame and ensured the piece was structurally sound. Ross Bradley worked on hardware and Amy Yates made the kitty purr!
